Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to selected countries across Europe, Asia-Pacific, the UK, the US and Australia.

2. Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed promptly. Estimated delivery time is 8–13 business days, depending on destination and local conditions.

3. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

4. Shipping Rates

Orders of $99 USD or more qualify for complimentary shipping. For orders under $99 USD, a flat shipping fee of $9 USD applies. All applicable duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the purchase price. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

5. Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or external factors beyond our control.

6. Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping confirmation, please contact us at refund@sundaeys.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
