Refund policy

Our products are hygiene-sensitive items and are individually sealed.

1. Returns

Opened or unsealed products are not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons. Approved refunds, where applicable, are issued without requiring the return of opened products. This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence.

2. Objective Issues (Damaged or Incorrect Items)

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Please contact refund@sundaeys.com within 14 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
  • Approved cases will be refunded or replaced at our discretion
  • No return of the product is required

3. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
  • Refunds, if approved, are issued without requiring a return
  • This guarantee does not apply if the product was used contrary to the directions on the packaging

4. Exclusions

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Change of mind without product use
  • Delivery delays within the stated delivery window
  • Improper use of the product

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
